OC San is excited to transition to OpenGov for soliciting goods, equipment, and services. The rollout will be done in two phases. Beginning July 1, OC San will begin releasing all new goods and services solicitations via OpenGov, and on January 1, 2026, all Public Works, design, architecture and engineering projects will move over into the system.

To help vendors become familiar with the new system, we’re offering training sessions on how to use the new vendor portal and complete solicitations. Trainings will be held in-person on June 19 and virtually on June 26. For more details on the trainings, please see the flyer below.
